E-Zone HRM is seeking friendly and qualified customer service professionals to join a reputed Mobile Financial Organization. You will work collaboratively with a dynamic team to provide exceptional customer services by responding to inquiries, addressing complaints and resolving issues. This position is subject to an E-Zone contract.



Job Nature: Full-Time
Number of Vacancies: 50
Job Location: Dhaka (Mohakhali)
Working Hours: Roster Duty / Shifting Duty (6 Days a Week)
Working Shifts:
Morning Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM & 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Evening Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM & 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
Night Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Transportation Services: Provided by office for some specific shifts
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions and inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and problems, offering viable solutions.
- Manage the call center database, entering new information as needed.
- Regularly monitor Facebook's inbox and wall posts to address negative news, complaints, and queries.
- Handle various customer queries, requests, and complaints received through email, live chat, and social media.
Educational Requirement: Minimum Graduation (Any Discipline)
Job Requirements:
-Strong communication skills.
-Must be fluent in both Bangla and English.
-Proficiency in MS Word & MS Excel.
-Ability to work under pressure.
Age limit: Maximum 30 years.
Salary Range: BDT 14,000/- TO 16,000/-
Additional Benefits: Yearly 2 Festival Bonuses
